November 27, 2009: Thanksgiving was a success. My roommate and I went to my parents' house for a big Turkey lunch with lots of vegetable sides and a pecan pie or a butterfinger cake for dessert.

Granddad was there and after we enjoyed our meal, we played croquet in the front yard. We left and from there we went to the movies and watched Ninja Assassin..... omg. :)



November 23, 2009: Today was our Thanksgiving Lunch at work. Turkey and Dressing, Mac 'n Cheese, Sweet Potato Casserole, Cole Slaw, Rolls and Sweet Tea. :)

The holidays are almost here and I'm glad. There's no better time to be with family, friends and the ones you love.


November 16, 2009: I had a very busy weekend. Friday night I had dinner with my Granddad which lasted until late. Saturday I went with a friend to Birmingham to see my brother and we had lots of fun. Sunday I went to church with my parents and brother (who was visiting us this time). Then hung out with lots of friends yesterday afternoon and until late last night.

These days are filled and I guess I can't ask for anything more than that.


November 08, 2009: Photo trip to Mt Cheaha was fun. I may have missed the best weekend this year, but still there was plenty to look at. There were so many people there... families, couples, friends, pets...

oooo, headache. at least I've got time to get some sleep tonight.


November 05, 2009: This is the big fall weekend here in Alabama. It's finally time to drive up to Mt Cheaha for the best view all year! I'll take a few photos and share them, but for me it doesn't get any better than to be there in person.

Besides that, Alabama plays the biggest game of its season on Saturday so needless to say I'll be glued to the tube for that afternoon.

My roommate Nick and I have been exchanging music since we have virtually no overlap when it comes to music we own. That's great because free music is ALWAYS a good thing! I'll trade him my Kings of Convenience and Jeff Buckley for his Pixies and Ocean Colour Scene. Combine that with our love for movies (and we don't own any two of the same video games!) so we both have a virtual library with no return dates. :)

I hate how thin those walls are though...
