I have always loved color and been keenly aware of natures subtle (and not so subtle) changes throughout each season, always armed with crayons, pencils and what ever else may intrigue my curious eyes. I was born and raised in the lush green Willamette Valley in the state of Oregon, USA. After graduating high school I had attended 2 years of college with hopes of becoming a high school art teacher. That was in the 1970's, and for those unaware, an era influenced heavily by a motto of " Sex, Drugs and Rock and Roll, and the Viet Nam War caused a new American Revolutiion...I dropped out of college and proceeded to "find myself ".I now find myself, a retired " hippy chic ", still finding myself, but not working so diligently, I have learned alot... and have hopes of learning more, and it is not just myself anymore... 1.
