"Ici" in French means "here" and here is a place to hang around if you're an illustrator sort of person who has a weakness for colors and color palettes. There is no "institute" here! It would be interesting if this group was skewed toward graphic artists of all stripes and was geographically tilted toward the Boston, Massachusetts region. Not essential though.
