I ran into some problems when trying to change my avatar, and I realized I'd like to request some enhancements to the process.

First, it would be most helpful if we could preview any changes to pictures before updating, and be able to cancel if necessary.

Then, it would be great if, on the main account page, you showed the max sizes for both the avatar and profile pictures. I know you give us a chance to crop them later, but I would prefer to crop my pictures myself in a graphics program so I could control things like resolution. You wouldn't have to change anything on the cropping screen which is fine, but just add a comment on sizes to the Main Account screen.
