I am using windows vista & firefox.

speed looks about the same as before with 350-400 users...typically it does great until over 300.

That was a fast burst to update this message, so it may settle down and go faster. I hope so, once everybody does a bunch of updates all at once.

This server is significanctly beefier than the last... but any time you move things like this, there will be some hiccups and time to fine tune. In the next couple days we'll be fine tuning and optimizing... this new server should be able to handle 1,000 like the old handled 200.
